Care Instruction
Our machine-washable shoes are made with durable materials that can withstand a gentle wash cycle. To preserve their quality and ensure proper cleaning, follow these steps:
- Pre-Wash: Remove the laces and insoles.
- Placement: Put the shoes in a delicate wash bag (a pillowcase works too).
- Washing Cycle: Use cold water with mild detergent on a gentle cycle.
- Drying: Shake off excess water and air dry—avoid using a dryer.
Tip: The shoes will regain their original shape after one or two wears.
For shoes that are not machine washable, gentle hand-cleaning is recommended to protect the materials and ensure longevity. Follow these steps:
- Surface Cleaning: Use a soft brush to remove loose dirt from the surface.
- Hand Washing: Mix a little warm water with mild detergent, and gently scrub the shoes with a soft brush.
- Wipe Down: Use a damp cloth to wipe away any excess cleaning solution.
- Drying: Remove the insoles and air dry the shoes at room temperature—avoid direct sunlight and radiators.
Note: Some materials, such as canvas or faux leather, may lose their shape or get damaged if machine washed.

About Returns and Refunds
1. How do I cancel an order?
We offer a complimentary cancellation option within the first 24 hours of placing your order, without requiring any specific reason. However, please note that once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. If you still wish to proceed with cancellation after shipment, there will be a charge of 30%-50% of the order amount to cover our storage, order preparation, and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount for the item(s) you have purchased.
2. What if I receive a damaged item?
Products that are received with broken glass, dented shades, or frames, although not considered defective, can be rectified by replacing the glass or shades at no additional cost. However, if you prefer to return the item instead of receiving a replacement, it will be treated as a standard return, and a return fee of up to 35% may be charged. Additionally, please note that we reserve the right to deduct any outbound shipping charges from the refund amount.
3. When will I receive the refund?

1. Can the lamp dimmable?
If your lamp utilizes bulb types such as E27, E14, G9, or others, you can opt for a dimmable bulb to enable dimming functionality with your existing dimmable system. However, if you do not have a dimmable system at home, please contact us, and we will be happy to customize the lamp for you.For lamps equipped with LED chips, the light source inside cannot be changed. Typically, we offer warm light, cool light, and dimmable versions for these lamps. If the product page does not mention a dimmable version, please reach out to us for further information. We have the capability to make all lamps dimmable. If you have such a requirement, please feel free to contact us without hesitation.Please note that while I strive to provide accurate and helpful information, it's always recommended to double-check with the specific seller or manufacturer for precise details regarding their products and customization options.
2. Can I have a longer cable?
We offer 150cm cable for most lamps. If you want a longer cable (within 800cm), please make a note when you place the order, we will extend the cable for free.
