When your shoes are made after we receive your order, they need a few days to ventilate after you receive the package, because we ship out sealed package and no time to ventilate.
Maintenance methods
Shoes are stored in dark, ventilated and dry places and avoid stacking with other leather products.
After wearing shoes, you can use soft cloth or soft brush to remove dirt such as dust and dirt on the upper of shoes.
If wet, replace the newspaper in shoes for 2 to 3 times in about 20 to 30 minutes and accept it after natural air drying.

About Returns and Refunds

We offer a complimentary cancellation option within the first 24 hours of placing your order, without requiring any specific reason. However, please note that once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. If you still wish to proceed with cancellation after shipment, there will be a charge of 30%-50% of the order amount to cover our storage, order preparation, and shipping costs. Products that are received with broken glass, dented shades, or frames, although not considered defective, can be rectified by replacing the glass or shades at no additional cost. However, if you prefer to return the item instead of receiving a replacement, it will be treated as a standard return, and a return fee of up to 35% may be charged. Additionally, please note that we reserve the right to deduct any outbound shipping charges from the refund amount.
